Molly's New House

Yesterday the movers delivered all the boxes while Molly and Buddy were still restricted to a back bedroom and bath. Here is Molly looking out the front window this morning as she was investigating her new digs.

Needless to say, she is quite disappointed. When she heard she was moving into a ranch, she thought she was going to be installed as the Empress of Three Cat Ranch. Instead she finds herself living in a single story house, AKA a ranch, with 70s styling.

And yes, all the hoarder boxes followed her.

Molly was happy to become reacquainted with her sewing chair.

And she does enjoy having a birdfeeder to supervise.

But Molly is absolutely mortified by the popcorn ceilings with glitter.

So here is Molly coming to terms with being in charge of Two Cat Hovel and supervising her staff unpack.

Tell poor Molly that popcorn ceilings (glitter and all) are easy to get rid of. I suspect that once she becomes familiar with all the channels of her new cat TV (the bird channel, the neighborhood channel, the squirrel channel), she will become quite content. That is, if staff unpacks all her toys too.

Change is always a challenge...tell Molly "plus sa change, plus c'est la meme.." I think that's how it goes, my French is very rusty...lol hugs, Julierose

Well, looks like Molly has her work cut out for her. First priority is getting the climbing... err, umm... **design** wall up and running, of course.

The Three Cats Ranch already has an Empress, if you please. Respectfully, Sadie.

Congratulation on your new home. Hope you will get unpacked and settle in faster than I have. Two years later there are still boxes in my garage that haven't been unpacked.

so glad for you that you all have a new hovel to unpack into. be glad you are not stuck in a 5th wheel like me, for 6 years now. I do not like being a transient, and will be till we get a real house too. even if it be a hovel. love your progress
